2. Attend two classes taught each month. (Some godparents come from other parishes, so they are asked to take the classes where they reside, at the parish with which they participate, and to request a certificate of preparation and a letter stating that they are practicing Catholics.) / Tome dos clases que se enseñan cada mes. La Primera clase siempre se imparte los segundos Jueves de cada mes. (Algunos padrinos vienen de otras parroquias por eso se les pide que tomen las clases donde residen, a la parroquia que participan y que para constancia soliciten un certificado de preparación y carta que diga que son católicos practicantes).
3. Attend Sunday Mass: Parents and Godparents are required to be in attendance at Sunday masses. (10 SUNDAYS) / Asista a la misa Dominical: Padres y Padrinos se les requiere firmar la Asistencia. (10 DOMINGOS)
4. Read the questions that will be handed out during the class, at home. Study and prepare for the exam. / Lea en la casa las preguntas que se entregaran durante la clase. Estudie y preparase para el examen.
5. Take the Exam / Tome en Examen
6. Schedule the Baptism with the church. / Llame al Padre para concretar el Dia del Bautismo de su Hijo.
NOTE: Baptisms are generally on Saturdays. They can be scheduled on different days if that is the will of the parents.
